Harsita Raja has joined as Evolution Partners an Analyst.
Harsita recently graduated from the University of Warwick with a BSc in Economics. During university, she developed an interest in behavioural economics and explored whether personality could explain the gender disparity in subjective well-being for her final year dissertation.
Between her penultimate and final year at Warwick, Harsita interned at an early stage European venture capitalist firm which had a specialised interest in FinTech and artificial intelligence. She is very much looking forward to applying the analytical skills acquired from this internship to her role at Evolution Partners.
Harsita is excited to be a part of the team, and is hoping to gain invaluable experience in seeing how a boutique management consultancy firm operates in the current financial climate.
