Partners are the most senior members of the Evolution Partners team. They are responsible for leading the development of the firm’s strategy, ensuring strong financial performance and safeguarding the financial wellbeing of the company, and preserving market-leading client-firm relationships. The Partners also oversee the overall quality of the firm’s output.
Partners tend to have around 15 years of experience in their field.
Senior managers are leaders for internal teams and for their clients.
As part of the their transition into a more senior leadership position in the firm, a steep learning curve is a prerequisite for the role. As a Senior Manager, experienced Consultants will ensure the effective running of the business and build significant relationships with key clients.
Senior managers will have 5-8 years of experience in their field.
A Manager is responsible for planning, initiating, supervising and analysing projects with clients, as well as internal projects. They oversee multiple teams of consultants, and help the Senior Manager and Partners preserve a cohesive business model and financial stability.
Managers will usually be 5-6 years into their consulting career.
A Senior Consultant works with Managers and Partners to execute company strategy within independent client work.
Senior Consultants use business analysis, business restructuring and process assessment and optimisation to provide the best possible assistance to their own clients.
Senior Consultants typically have 3+ years of experience in their field.
Consultants beginning their career in consulting work with the rest of the firm to deliver effective client work, participating in client engagements and preparing materials.
With 0-3 years of experience and a degree, Consultants use decision-making acumen and knowledge of the industry to complete meaningful client work and assist with internal tasks.
