Saying farewell to Harsita Raja, who spent six months working with the Evolution Partners UK team as an Analyst. Here's what Sita had to say about her time working with us:
"After six months working as an Analyst at the Evolution Partners London office, my internship comes to an end. In early 2022, I applied to Evolution Partners’ internship programme, having developed an interest in Behavioural Science. I was certain that I wanted to pursue a client-facing career, interacting with multiple agents and experiencing a variety of different projects. After graduating from the University of Warwick with a BSc in Economics, I began working for Evolution Partners in early September. I have since been involved with marketing research and analytics, client work, and also contributed to both our newsletter, 'The Bottom Line' and podcast, 'Evolutionary Exchanges'.
Working for a boutique consulting firm has been invaluable in giving me a true introduction to the industry and giving further insight into how Evolution Partners' unique business model and approach to consulting provides us with an edge, distinguishing us from the rest. Spending the duration of my internship with the warm, welcoming team at Evolution Partners has been a true privilege and I could not recommend interning here more for those who are curious about consulting.
This experience has been a wonderful stepping stone into my career and I am very excited for what the future holds. Special thanks to David Powell, Bob Chapman, Emily Capon and the rest of the team - I look forward to keeping in touch!"
