People join our firm at different stages in their career, from entry-level analysts to partners with over 20 years of industry experience. Regardless of the stage at which people join our team, it is of paramount importance to us that we help our employees grow, develop their skills and achieve their career goals. We have established a Professional Development Pathway program to assist our employees on their professional journeys and a holistic Consultant Wellness Program to support our team at home as well as the office.
