We asked you what you believe is the most effective way to drive employee development and the vast majority of you chose ‘on the job training’ (80%). ‘Self-directed learning’ received 13% of the vote, followed by ‘industry qualifications’ at 5%. ‘Formal classroom training’ did not receive any votes.
